In the Extra Income Bank and the Business seeking and providing websites we do not utilize this separation and as it runs another system, all members post an advert. |

| What does "Unconfirmed" mean? |
| Unconfirmed means you have not confirmed your Email address. Please click on the confirmation Email that was sent to you when you registered on ‘Job & Business Banks portal’ or changed your Email address. Once you confirm your Email address, your profile will be automatically converted to Approval mode for human review by our team. If you haven’t confirmed your Email, you can request another Confirmation Email by contacting us to request another confirmation or to confirm your profile. |

| What does "Rejected" mean? |
| Rejected is when a member has tried to abuse our websites and has "sneak" contact information or website links into their profile and adverts. Or occasionally even did post and uploaded abusive, obscene or pornographic texts or photos. Rejection is a temporary freeze on the account made by the admin of ‘Job & Business Banks portal’ until the profile and advert content conforms to our standards. If your profile or advert has been "rejected," change the content and resubmit for admin approval. Repeated violation can result in a definite removal as a member. |

| When u are in the overview listings just click on respectively the title or company name to go to the advert and the company profile and it will open a detail page. |

| How do I send messages to members? |
| Making contacts can be done by sending messages through the web based internal message centre. At the end of a detail page of an profile and adverts is a link for to send a message. When a member has made his contact information visible you can also get in direct contact by the given contact options. |

| Can I contact anonymous? |
| All send messages refer to a profile (or advert) and by contacting in general you want to build up a relationship. Nevertheless it is your decision which information and personal contact information you want to release. |

| How do I get emails from other members and get I a notifications of a received message? |
| The ‘Job & Business Banks portal’ uses a sophisticated web based internal emailing system, the message centre. When you get mail, it goes into your personal mailbox you have on the site and you are also automatically notified in your private email address. We recommend to use beside own computer email program still the web based internal message centre (Both option) as the site message centre has an integrated export function that is very effective to build up an contact list in your own computer files or contact program.
NOTE
The sender does not get to see a visible private email address on the site. This double emailing is driven by the database and guards our privacy policy. Even the allowed direct email sending are hidden by ‘Send Email’ link that opens the computer email program. |

| How long do new messages remain in my Message Centre Inbox? |
| Messages remain inside your Message Centre for 90 days. After 90 days, our database will automatically purge old messages to keep ‘Job & Business Banks portal’ running fast and smooth. Your Inbox and outbox can stores up to a total of 50 messages at a time so be sure to export by copy and paste any messages to your desktop computer that you wish to archive. If you have reached the limit of your messages, new messages will begin to overwrite the oldest messages. |

| Heavy users and members that do not want to overwrite old messages with the newest messages when they have reached the basic of 50 messages are able to order additional message capacity. By ordering ‘Expand Contact Messages a Day’ also the storage will go up according the contact capacity. The multiply factor is just the number of contact a day times the original 50 messages. So, for example an extended membership with 25 messages a day gives a box limit of 1250 messages.
NOTE
The message removal is always done after 90 days. Even with expand message storage capacity the older than 90 days messages will be deleted. |

| There are two methods to stop members contacting you by a messages. There are blocking links in the profile and in the message centre inbox. If they are activated the member is blocked and listed in your block list that can be found in the ‘Setting’. In the ‘Settings’ you can control the block list and ‘unblock’ a member. |

| The system has the following unique features;
- inbox and outbox with limited message capacity set to membership contact quantity and a maximum 90 storage days
- registration of the contact message status
- saved, adjustable personal standard messages for effective contacting

- advanced selecting options, by alphabetic, date, message type, contact status sequence
- export to own files of selected messages including contact information, contact status and direct link, for creating a personal contact file / address book

| What are Match Alerts and how do I use it? |
| The Match Alerts service match an ‘Job & Business Banks portal’ member automatically with an advert on the characteristics of a profile. Both the advert poster as the profile member will be notified via a message of the match preferences. In other words, you will receive an alert notification of a job and business contact opportunity without having to come to the site every day to look for them yourself. The frequency of the Alert notification can be adjust and controlled in your ‘Setting’. |

| Contact List and how to send messages from your ‘Contact List’ |
| Your Contact List is a list of members whom you are interested in. It maintains also a link to their profile. When you do a search and click on ’contact List’ icon, the member is added to your contact List. You can control and remove people from your Contact List by clicking on the ’Delete’ in ‘Settings’. This is a great feature to send an identical message to all or a selected group of your contacts. The basic membership does not give the capacity to use your contact list often so an upgrade is needed. By ordering ‘Contact list Messages / Number Contacts in List’ you are able to send 2 messages day to your contacts.
NOTE
As sender your name and profile will be recognized by the message receiver. So do not exaggerate the number of messages as the result will be a message block by the receiver. |
